Where are you based?


Azatamix is a South African owned and run company, based in Gauteng.




How do your deliveries work?


We use a third party as a delivery service as we do not have the in house means to deliver ourselves. We make use of Courier Guy. You will be notified with regards to the packing and delivery of your order as soon as possible.




What do I do if I have a fault with my product(s)?


If there is anything wrong with one or more of your ordered products, please email us directly at info@azatamix.com with as much detail as possible. We will handle the issue with the supplier and find the best solution for you. This may involve having to send the product back to us to submit to the supplier for faults.




How soon will my order arrive?


As soon as possible! Once your order is received it will be packed and prepared for courier and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.




What is YOCO and is it safe?


YOCO is a South African company that allows for easy and safe online payments that accepts all major credit cards and is completely safe!




What is Manual Payment and how does it work?


Manual Payment is an option for you to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (or EFT). EFT is the only form of Manual Payment accepted by Azatimix. If you select this option an invoice will be sent to you via email from info@azatimix.com and will include banking details- so please check your inbox for it! Once you have received this mail, please send through proof of payment ( to info@azatimix.com) within 2 working days so that we can process your order and deliver your goods as quickly as possible!




Do you deliver Internationally?


Unfortunately we do not. At this time we only deliver to customers across South Africa.
