Where are you based?
Azatamix is a South African owned and run company, based in Gauteng.
How do your deliveries work?
We use a third party as a delivery service as we do not have the in house means to deliver ourselves. We make use of Courier Guy.
What do I do if I have a fault with my product(s)?
If there is anything wrong with one or more of your ordered products, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail as possible.
How soon will my order arrive?
As soon as possible!
What is YOCO and is it safe?
YOCO is a South African company that allows for easy and safe online payments that accepts all major credit cards and is completely safe!
What is Manual Payment and how does it work?
Manual Payment is an option for you to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (or EFT). EFT is the only form of Manual Payment accepted by Azatimix. If you select this option an invoice will be sent to you via email from email@example.com and will include banking details- so please check your inbox for it!
Do you deliver Internationally?
Unfortunately we do not. At this time we only deliver to customers across South Africa.
